Office Policies and Procedures
Dr. Wright makes every effort to see her patients at their scheduled appointment times. Dr. Wright will collaborate with your primary care doctors/specialists, therapists, and schools.
Dr. Wright is accepting new patients to her practice. We are providing both in person visits and telehealth visits at this time.
Our process has recently changed. Please complete this form in order for Intake forms to be sent to you electronically. Once the intake forms have been completed and submitted, you will receive a call for scheduling.
Prior to Initial Visit
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.
In order for Dr. Wright to communicate with other physicians/therapists/schools, a release of information will need to be completed. Please have the name and contact information for those people involved in your care or your child's care.
Please bring in a list of your current medications and dosages.
Professional Fees
Dr. Wright is considered an "out of network" provider. Our office will give you all of the documentation you will need to file on your own. Payment for services is expected in full and at the time of your appointment. Credit Card, Check and Cash payment are accepted.
