All existing patients should have been sent an invite to join the portal. The emailed invitation comes from sender Patient Fusion. Please check junk mail or spam. If your link has expired, please call the office at 713-622-5480 to receive a new one.
If your account is still active, you may sign in by going to www.patientfusion.com and use the username and password you created.
The portal messaging system is used for requesting refills, submitting documents such as lab results or psychological reports, asking medical questions and providing updates after new medications have been prescribed.
Messages sent in the portal are usually checked during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. If you have a time sensitive request or an urgent issue, please call the office at 713-622-5480.
Please note the portal messaging is not used for scheduling appointments so please call the office for all scheduling needs. Thank you.
